Outside Sales Representative

We're a family-owned HVAC company seeking an Outside Sales Specialist to grow our business and build strong, lasting customer relationships. As a team player, you'll prospect and develop new business, build relationships with customers and colleagues, and continuously learn about new HVAC technologies.

Requirements

• Prospect and develop new business in commercial and residential markets through cold calls, networking, and referrals
• Conduct on-site visits to evaluate customer needs and recommend tailored HVAC solutions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with general contractors, property managers, and homeowners
• Work closely with our installation and service teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction
• Prepare and present sales proposals and quotes that highlight the value of our products and services
• Manage your sales pipeline, track activities, and report results to management
• Continuously learn about new HVAC technologies, products, and industry trends to better serve customers
