Job Description
As a Senior Revenue Operations Manager, you will play a central role in building, scaling, and optimizing the Revenue Organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure transparency, alignment, and shared success metrics.
Requirements
- Develop scalable processes and data-driven decision-making in the entire Sales Team
- Build dashboards, reports, and performance analyses to identify growth drivers and control central SaaS KPIs
- Analyze inefficient workflows and develop CRM automations and playbooks to make the Sales Team faster and more efficient
- Develop data-based revenue forecasts and pipeline models with Market Leads
- Strengthen cross-functional collaboration by coordinating with Product, Marketing, and Sales to ensure transparency, alignment, and shared success metrics
