Job Description
JOIN is seeking a VP Sales to own and drive the company's revenue strategy, define and execute international expansion, and lead a team of sales, account management, and RevOps professionals. The ideal candidate will have proven VP-level sales leadership experience, international expansion experience, and a builder mentality.
Requirements
- Proven VP-level sales leadership in a B2B SaaS company
- International expansion experience
- Outbound motion builder with experience building or significantly scaling an outbound sales function
- Multi-functional team leader with experience managing sales, account management, and RevOps teams
- Data-driven operator with experience running tight forecasting and making decisions based on signal
- Builder mentality with experience operating in a fast-moving startup environment
- Excellent communicator with experience rallying a team around a vision and influencing at executive level
- 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS commercial roles, with at least 2 years in a Head of / VP or equivalent leadership position
- Fluency in English, German is a plus but not required
