Job Description
ilert is seeking a hands-on VP of Sales to build and scale our global revenue engine from the ground up. The ideal candidate will build our sales team, define and implement repeatable sales processes, and lay the foundation to triple our ARR by driving pipeline, closing new logos, and expanding enterprise accounts.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B SaaS sales, preferably selling to DevOps, IT, or engineering personas in the mid-market or enterprise.
- Track record of building, leading, and scaling sales teams to exceed ambitious ARR goals.
- Hands-on approach: Not afraid to roll up your sleeves, build your own pipeline, and close strategic deals.
- Expertise in outbound sales and pipeline generation, with a strong grasp of modern sales tech and best practices.
- Experience with ilert's ICP and target audience: You understand the challenges and language of DevOps, SRE, and IT leaders.
- Strategic and data-driven, with the ability to forecast, set targets, and iterate on process.
- Collaborative: You thrive at the intersection of Sales, Product, and Marketing.
- Fluent in English; German is a strong plus.
