Job Description
The Admissions Clerk will manage the full admissions process, receive patients, inform them of payment procedures, and respect patient confidentiality. The incumbent will work under pressure, independently, and unsupervised.
Requirements
- Matric qualification
- Computer literacy
- Experience with Delta 9 system
- 1-2 years relevant hospital experience
- Shiftwork (Night shift / Day Shift)
- Experience with Medical Aids and Pre-authorizations
- Knowledge of admissions
