Job Description
The Confirmations Clerk will manage the full confirmations and authorisations process at the front of the hospital, including liaison with medical aids, internal teams, and patients to ensure accurate admissions, authorisations, deposits, and billing readiness.
Requirements
- Matric certificate
- Computer literacy
- Minimum of 1–2 years relevant hospital or healthcare admissions experience
- Proven experience working with Medical Aids and Pre-authorisations
- Experience with the Delta 9 system
- Willingness to work shifts (Day and Night Shift)
