Legal Counsel

Joko is a tech company that helps consumers shop smarter. We're looking for a Legal Counsel to join our team in Paris, Barcelona, or remotely. As a Legal Counsel, you will be responsible for ensuring the company complies with all relevant laws and regulations, drafting and reviewing contracts, and implementing GDPR compliance.

Requirements

• Master's degree from a Tier 1 law university with a specialization in private law
• At least 2 years of experience as a lawyer, including experience in a top law firm
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken
• Excellent analytical and synthesis skills, and the ability to explain complex topics in a simple way
• Ability to lead a project independently and spot flaws in written documents
