Director Business Development (m/w/d)

As Director Business Development, you will be the face of CatchyandCo in the market, responsible for building and developing new business and embodying the company's values.

Requirements

• Independent acquisition of new customers from medium to large brands
• Building and maintaining a stable network on the customer side
• Conducting and being responsible for new business meetings (first meeting to closing)
• Content leadership of pitches and presentations on TikTok logic, content, and campaign approaches
• Representation of CatchyandCo at external industry events, in customer meetings, and through a visible and credible LinkedIn presence
• Close cooperation with management, strategy, and creation
• Sparring partner on an equal level for customers, not a pure sales moderator
