
Job description
The Payments Delivery Lead is responsible for ensuring Payments initiatives are executed, delivered, and stabilized successfully once work is committed. This role exists to protect customer trust, revenue integrity, and operational stability across Payments.
Own end-to-end execution of Payments initiatives from prioritization through delivery, stabilization, and adoption. Drive delivery plans, milestones, dependencies, and sequencing across teams.
2–5+ years of experience in payments, SaaS, fintech, or operations/program management. Strong understanding of credit card processing, payment gateways, and banking integrations.
