Job Description
The IT Support Technician Intern will provide end-user support services, technical support for installing, and configuring computer hardware and software programs. The position involves working closely with end-users, as well as external support vendors.
Requirements
- Provide end-user training and support to resolve application and hardware problems
- Maintain all assigned systems in an accurate and efficient manner
- Assist in procurement and tracking of IT inventory assets
