We are seeking a Senior People/HR Manager to cover a 12-month FTC starting in July, supporting 170 staff in the London office. You'll be working with an HRD to build trusted relationships with senior leaders, coach managers, and navigate employee relations issues.
Requirements
- Significant senior HR generalist experience
- Experience in a creative, design or agency environment
- A natural ability to build relationships and connect with people at every level
- Sharp commercial instincts
- A solutions-first mindset
- Comfortable using data to shape your thinking and make a compelling case
- Strong conflict resolution skills and the emotional intelligence to handle sensitive situations with real care
