CAD Engineer

We are recruiting for a CAD Engineer to join our design team based in Leeds, West Yorkshire. The CAD Engineer will be responsible for producing batches of drawings, including plans, vertical sections, and geology profiles, to assist with the design and submission of projects.

Requirements

• Experience with Autodesk Civil 3D and AutoCAD
• Minimum 3+ years as a CAD technician
• Minimum BTEC level in civil engineering or similar engineering field
• Fluent in English, with GCSE or equivalent
• Experience of working in a construction or an engineering environment
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure
• Good problem solving and the ability to identify alternative solutions
• Strong organizational skills and detail oriented
• Working knowledge of BIM processes and operated previously within common data environment (CDE)
