HR Advisor

We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Advisor to join the Joseph Gallagher Group, with a strong focus on Employee Relations alongside broader HR operational support.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing complex employee relations cases end-to-end
• Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
• Experience in a generalist HR role, including contracts and HR administration
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with professionalism
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a high-volume workload
