Job Description
We are looking for a Director of Innovation to lead the Journal Labs division and drive innovation across Journal Technologies. The role requires a strategic, collaborative leader who can connect external trends with internal execution to deliver meaningful business and customer impact.
Requirements
- Innovation Strategy & Vision: Develop and execute an innovation roadmap
- Market-Informed Idea Leadership: Actively engage with the innovation ecosystem
- Emerging Technology Adoption: Lead the exploration and responsible adoption of emerging technologies
- Project & Portfolio Leadership: Oversee the full operational lifecycle of innovation initiatives
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with product, engineering, implementation, client success, and other teams
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team
- Stakeholder & Executive Engagement: Communicate innovation priorities and progress
- InventFest Leadership: Design, lead, and evolve Journal Technologies’ internal InventFest program
