Requirements

• Commercial Cookery Certificate (essential)
• Experience in a similar Chef role (minimum 3 years’ experience preferred)
• Food Safety Supervisor course (essential)
• Strong communication skills with the ability to control and direct food preparation process
• Exceptional attention to detail to ensure all dishes are up to standard
• Leadership skills with the ability to coach and mentor a small team
