Job Description
Join Outback Spirit Tours as a Head Chef and create memorable dining experiences in Australia's most breathtaking locations. Live and work onsite for 5-10 months, with meals and accommodation provided. Collaborate with a close-knit team to deliver high-quality meals that reflect the unique character of each region.
Requirements
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent
- Experience in remote or high-end hospitality
- Strong understanding of food safety; Food Safety Supervisor certification
- Remote First Aid & CPR
- Strong communication skills
- Basic computer literacy
- Positive attitude, resilience, and a genuine love for the outdoors
