Outback Spirit Tours is seeking Head Chefs, Sous Chefs, Chef de Parties, Cooks, and Kitchen Attendants to join their camps and lodges teams across WA, NT, and QLD. The roles offer a unique opportunity to showcase culinary skills in breathtaking locations, live onsite for the season, and be part of a close-knit team.
Requirements
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent
- Experience in remote or high-end hospitality
- Strong understanding of food safety
- Remote First Aid & CPR certification
- Strong communication skills
- Basic computer literacy
- Positive attitude and resilience
