Join Outback Spirit Tours as a Lodge Manager and lead the daily operations of our remote luxury lodges. This is a hands-on role that requires experience in hospitality management, leadership, and problem-solving. You will oversee lodge operations, mentor staff, and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Requirements

• Previous experience managing hospitality operations in remote or high-volume environments
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent organisational and communication abilities
• Experience with rostering, budgeting and stock control
• Strong financial acumen and operational awareness
• Genuine passion for hospitality, travel and adventure
• Ability to problem solve and manage competing priorities
• Experience across housekeeping, food & beverage or maintenance operations
