Job Description
Join Outback Spirit Tours as a Lodge Manager and lead the daily operations of remote luxury lodges across the Northern Territory, Western Australia, and Queensland. You will oversee lodge operations, mentor staff, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and more.
Requirements
- Previous experience managing hospitality operations in remote or high-volume environments
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent organisational and communication abilities
- Experience with rostering, budgeting and stock control
- Strong financial acumen and operational awareness
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
- Responsible Person/Approved Manager Licence
- Current Driver’s Licence (Medium Rigid or above highly desirable)
- Passenger Driver Authority or H Endorsement
- Remote First Aid & CPR
- Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
