Requirements
- Administrate purchase orders, releases, and OEM client forecasts
- Track shipments, departures, and ASN in coordination with logistics and production
- Monitor service indicators (OTIF, backlog, fill rate)
- Manage complaints for missing, late, or quality items
- Maintain constant communication with national and international clients
- Participate in follow-up meetings, audits, and performance reviews with clients
- Ensure compliance with client-specific requirements (CSR)
