Job Description
Performs a variety of manual construction tasks under the direction of a crew foreman, including installing or repairing sanitary or storm water sewer structures or pipe systems, and performing tasks involving strenuous manual labor in heavy/highway construction projects.
Requirements
- Ability to operate a variety of tools and equipment
- Ability to listen, follow directions, and have a willingness to continue to enhance skills
- Able to communicate effectively with jobsite supervisor and co-workers
- General knowledge of road construction processes
- Demonstrate a safety first attitude
- Ability to work nights and weekends when necessary
- Must have reliable transportation, and ability to travel to assigned worksites
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
- 3+ recent years' experience working as a Pipe Layer
- Active Driver's license
