Job Description
The Assistant Superintendent supports daily on-site operations, assists with trade coordination, material tracking, and safety compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in commercial construction, preferably interior or high-end renovation projects
- OSHA 10-Hour Construction Safety and Health Certification required
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively on site
- Proficient in reading and interpreting commercial construction plans and specifications
