Superintendent

JRM is seeking a Superintendent to coordinate site construction activities, including maintaining the highest quality, supervising trade and field personnel, and ensuring project completion on schedule and within budget.

Requirements

• Assist the General Superintendent in developing and maintaining the project schedule
• Implement and maintain corporate safety program requirements
• Attend weekly foreman and superintendent meetings
• Prepare daily construction reports
• Establish and maintain a system of document control
• Communicate with designers and project manager
• Assist in preparing monthly status reports
• Secure permits and approvals from jurisdictional agencies
• Work with project manager to identify and address constructability issues
• Participate in the development and final review of scope, buy-out, and schedule
• Research and address owner, landlord, city/state requirements or procedures
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of project strategy and commitments
• Oversee daily field operations to ensure proper site safety, construction, progress, quality control, and a clean site
• Maintain and review the punch list process
