Job Description
JRM is seeking a Digital Transformation Project Manager to lead and deliver a portfolio of strategic enterprise and technology initiatives across the company. The role will drive projects from planning through execution, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.
Requirements
- Lead the planning and execution of enterprise and technology projects
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules and resource allocations
- Serve as a key project leader on major programs
- Partner with business units to ensure successful delivery of solutions
- Coordinate third-party vendors and implementation partners
- Establish and enforce consistent project management standards and practices
- Identify, track, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies
- Lead project communications and support change management efforts
