Project Manager

JRM is seeking a Project Manager to lead and deliver a portfolio of strategic enterprise and technology initiatives across the company. The role requires a disciplined, organized, and proactive leader who can apply consistent project management practices across initiatives of varying size and complexity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably within technology or enterprise environments
• Experience managing complex, multi-phase projects involving multiple stakeholders and vendors
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid approaches)
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities across multiple projects
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution
