Job Description
JRM is seeking a Project Manager to oversee project activities and personnel. The incumbent must possess excellent leadership skills and be able to set, observe, and re-evaluate project priorities frequently. The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating with the Estimating Department, formulating award schedules, and preparing project documents.
Requirements
- At least three years of relevant experience
- Strong client relations skills and a collaborative disposition
- Demonstrate proficiency in reading commercial construction plans and specifications
- 10-Hour OSHA Construction Safety and Health Certification is a plus but not required
- 4-Hour Supported Scaffold User Certification is a plus but not required
