Project Manager

The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the efforts of all project activities and personnel, and must possess excellent leadership skills and the ability to successfully set, observe and re-evaluate project priorities frequently. The incumbent must have a proven record of managing complex projects in occupied spaces and strong client relations skills.

Requirements

• At least three years of relevant experience, preferably in interior, high-end commercial general contracting
• Proven record of managing complex projects in occupied spaces
• Strong client relations skills and a collaborative disposition
• Demonstrate proficiency in reading commercial construction plans and specifications
