Job Description
JRM is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to join its team, working closely with the Director of Human Resources to connect people strategy with business goals. This role serves as the primary HR resource for the Florida office, providing end-to-end HR support.
Requirements
- Act as a trusted strategic partner and change agent
- Conduct regular meetings with managers to offer HR guidance
- Lead the local implementation of performance management programs
- Manage employee relations matters
- Facilitate new employees onboarding
- Serve as the Florida representative on the Employee Engagement Committee
- Partner with people-centered functions
- Partner with management to address organizational and change-related issues
