Senior Project Manager (Ground Up)

JRM is a top General Contracting and Construction Management Firm seeking a Senior Project Manager for Ground Up projects. The successful candidate will lead a project construction team, manage project direction, planning, completion, and financial outcome, and demonstrate strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills.

Requirements

• Implement and execute the JRM BLDGS Operational playbook
• Implement and execute the JRM Safety Program
• Manage and/or coordinate personnel and resources for the project
• Lead pre-construction efforts
• Manage all aspects of project from inception through completion
• Prepare and execute company development and construction plan
• Plan and execute project procurement
• Oversee and direct the shop drawing, submittal, RFI, MEPS coordination, Document Control, and overall construction coordination process
• Accountable for performance of assigned projects
• Maintain relationships with designers, consultants, vendors, and subcontractors
• Attend and lead project meetings
