Job Description
JRM is seeking a Superintendent to oversee daily field operations, supervise site staff, and manage projects to ensure timely completion, budget adherence, and high-quality results. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, organizational, and client service skills, with a proven track record of managing complex projects in occupied spaces.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in interior, high-end commercial general contracting
- Proven record of managing complex projects in occupied spaces
- Ability to manage/coordinate multiple quick turnaround projects simultaneously
- 10-Hour OSHA Construction Safety and Health Certificate
- 4-Hour Supported Scaffold User Certificate
- Proficiency in reading commercial construction plans and specifications
- Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Microsoft Project, and Procore experience (preferred)
