Superintendent (Ground Up)

We are looking for a Superintendent to coordinate all site construction activities, maintain the highest quality, and complete the project on schedule and within budget.

Requirements

• Manage development, updates, and maintenance of project schedules
• Implement and maintain corporate safety programs
• Monitor material delivery dates
• Prepare daily construction reports
• Attend weekly project team meetings
• Maintain document control
• Communicate design-related issues to the project manager
• Assist in preparing monthly client status reports
• Secure necessary permits
• Collaborate with project manager in preconstruction
• Research and address owner, landlord, and regulatory requirements
• Develop thorough understanding of project strategy and financial goals
• Oversee daily field operations
• Manage punch list process
• Participate in company-wide training and development initiatives
