Superintendent (Interiors)

We are looking for a Superintendent to help consistently deliver projects on time, on budget, and that exceed client expectations. The Superintendent directly supervises the field labor force, including subcontractors and laborers/craft workers.

Requirements

• At least five years of relevant experience as a Superintendent, preferably in the interior, high-end commercial general contracting
• Must have a proven record of managing complex projects in occupied spaces
• Capable of managing/coordinating multiple quick turnaround projects simultaneously
• Demonstrate proficiency in reading commercial construction plans and specifications
• 10-Hour OSHA Construction Safety and Health Certificate
• 4-Hour Supported Scaffold User Certificate
