Job Description
Jubilee Housing is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to ensure a safe and attractive living environment for residents, exceptional quality and service, sustained resident satisfaction, operational efficiency, and strong financial results. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years' experience in property management, leasing, or a related field, and a High School Diploma or GED Equivalent. Certification as a Certified Occupancy Specialist and Tax Credit Specialist is preferred.
