Operations Lead

Role Overview

Manage recruiting pipelines, handle administrative and compliance workflows, and support founders in delivering great customer experience. Operations owns the systems that keep Judgment Labs running smoothly.

What You Will Do

Manage recruiting pipelines and coordinate candidate communications, support payroll, legal, finance, and other administrative tasks, maintain vendor relationships and handle onboarding and offboarding, assist with customer success and ongoing account support, build and optimize internal processes.
