Job Description
The Seitz Youth and Adult Assistance gGmbH is seeking an Educational Assistance Staff (m/w/d) in the Integration Aid in the Ulm / Neu-Ulm Area. The successful candidate will accompany people with psychological impairments in their daily lives and provide psychosocial accompaniment to clients. Good knowledge of social law is desired, but not required.
Requirements
- Accompany people with mostly psychological impairments in their daily lives and in contact with authorities/institutions
- Provide psychosocial accompaniment to clients
- Arrange own appointments and be very flexible in work schedule
- Discuss cases and support each other in team meetings
- Maintain close contact with cost bearers and write corresponding help reports
- Good knowledge of social law or willingness to acquire it
- Work in network with statutory guardians, doctors, authorities, and other institutions
