The Seitz Youth and Adult Support gGmbH is a non-profit organization seeking a pedagogical staff member for integration support in Neu-Ulm, Ulm, Günzburg, Heidenheim, Dillingen, Donauwörth, and the Alb-Donau-Kreis area. The role involves accompanying individuals with mental impairments in daily life and providing psycho-social accompaniment.

Requirements

• Accompany people with mental impairments in daily life and contact with authorities/institutions
• Provide psycho-social accompaniment of clients
• Agree appointments independently and be flexible with working time arrangement
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss cases and support team members
• Maintain close contact with cost bearers and write aid reports
• Have knowledge of social law or be willing to acquire it
