Job Description
As a Transformation Consultant, you will accompany retail banking establishments in their strategic, organizational, digital, and regulatory transformation projects. Your goal is to help them adapt their organization, modernize their operations, and enhance their operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Graduate of a top management school and/or a top engineering school (BAC +5)
- At least 3 years of experience within a consulting firm
- Completed missions focused on retail banking or experience within a retail bank
- Fluent in English
- Entrepreneurial spirit and keen sense of customer service
- Rigor and proactivity in work
