As a Manager in Strategy, you will accompany retail banks, specialized financing companies, and fintechs in defining and implementing their strategic orientations.

Requirements

• 6-10 years of experience in consulting, with a specialization in retail banking
• Proven experience in complex project management and commercial development
• Natural leadership, ability to federate and grow teams
• Strategic vision and ability to dialogue with high-level decision-makers
• Solid banking culture and fine understanding of business and regulatory issues
• Ability to build innovative offers and respond to tender requests
• Mastery of digital transformation and data issues in banking
