As a Strategy Consultant, you will work with retail banks, specialized financing companies, and fintechs to define and implement their strategic orientations. You will intervene on critical issues in a sector undergoing rapid change, marked by evolving customer behaviors, regulatory pressure, accelerated digitalization, and the emergence of new business models.

Requirements

• Graduate of a top business school and/or top engineering school (BAC +5)
• At least 3 years of experience within a consulting firm
• Completed missions focused on Retail Banking or have experience within a Retail Bank
• Interest in the banking ecosystem and its multiple transformations to come
• Entrepreneurial spirit and keen sense of customer service
• Rigor and proactivity in work
• Willingness to invest and progress, to confront yourself with varied and enriching experiences
