Job description
Join our IT Service Management engineering team as a Software Engineering Delivery Manager. Drive end-to-end delivery excellence across multiple workstreams, overseeing planning, execution, and successful delivery of ServiceNow-based projects and BAU activities.
Lead and mentor the local software development team, foster collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement using Agile/Scrum methodologies. Act as the primary point of contact between technical teams and stakeholders, manage expectations, and communicate progress transparently.
This role requires a strong analytical thinker with hands-on development experience on the ServiceNow platform, proficiency in ITIL v3/v4 practices and lifecycle stages, Agile/Scrum frameworks, and DevOps principles.
