T24 Application Support / Operation Engineer 100% (f/m/d)

We are looking for a T24 Application Support / Operation Engineer to ensure the operation of core banking applications, process incident tickets, and engage in projects relating to operational aspects for existing or newly integrated applications.

Requirements

• Completed IT Education (Degree in Computer Science or other IT related field)
• Experience with Temenos T24
• At least 5 years of professional experience in T24 support
• Good Linux know-how
• Knowledge of ITIL Foundation
• Proven experience in banking with a strong knowledge of financial products
• Process-oriented and analytical approach
• Strong communication skills
• Good written and spoken English, German is a plus
