Job Description
Join our IT team at Julius Baer and play a key role in ensuring the reliable operation of our core banking applications through expert application management and incident resolution.
Requirements
- Completed IT Education (Degree in Computer Science or other IT related field)
- At least 5 years of professional experience in T24 support
- Good Linux know-how (shell scripting is an advantage)
- Knowledge of Java application server and AWA scheduler is an advantage
- Knowledge of ITIL Foundation
- Proven experience in banking with a strong knowledge of financial products
- Process-oriented and analytical approach
- Enthusiastic team player with strong communication skills
- Highly motivated, and proactive, with an eagerness to learn and take on new concepts
- Good written and spoken English, German is a plus
