Paid Social Associate Director

We are seeking experienced Paid Social operators who can step into accounts immediately and drive measurable business impact. As a Paid Social Associate, you bring strong hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns focused on ecommerce and direct response performance.

Requirements

• 2–4+ years of hands-on paid social campaign management experience
• Experience managing ecommerce or DTC campaigns with revenue and ROAS targets
• Strong platform experience with Meta Ads Manager and familiarity with TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, or similar platforms
• Experience managing prospecting and retargeting strategies across the marketing funnel
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with performance metrics and large datasets
