Job Description
The Paid Social Account Director is responsible for owning the strategy, performance, and execution of a high-investment enterprise paid social program across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and emerging channels.
Requirements
- 6–10+ years of experience in paid social / performance marketing
- Proven experience managing enterprise-level accounts with significant monthly spend ($1M+)
- Deep expertise in platforms such as Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager
- Strong understanding of creative strategy as a performance lever
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategic direction
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive business outcomes
