Childrens Residential Support Worker - Learning Disabilities

Jump Lane Recruitment is recruiting for a Support Worker for a leading provider of care for young people with Learning Disabilities. The successful candidate will assist the Registered Manager in daily operations, provide constant care and support, and work with challenging behavior.

Requirements

• Ability to communicate with a range of people/young people
• Be able to provide constant care and support to the young people
• A desire to work with young people who may show signs of challenging behaviour
• Commit to working with children who may be at risk
• Ability to work as part of a team
