Requirements

• Assist in managing onsite vendors
• Coordinate reception and conference rooms
• Collaborate with Tech Services team on desk spaces and visitor facilitation
• Collaborate with Global Workplace Services team on travel and events
• Provide light accounting support
• Other duties as assigned or needed
