Implementation Consultant - Brazil

JumpCloud is seeking an Implementation Consultant to join their team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in client-facing SaaS onboarding roles, excellent project and account management skills, and a strong aptitude for learning new technologies. The consultant will guide customers through scalable implementation and onboarding project plans, resolve onboarding and implementation issues, and collaborate with peers to provide effective solutions. The role is remote in Brazil and requires fluency in English.

Requirements

• Guide customers through scalable implementation and onboarding project plans
• Build custom onboarding plans based on customer needs
• Consult, plan, and assist with rollouts of JumpCloud in customers' existing environment and infrastructure
• Resolve onboarding and implementation issues via email or remote web session
• Regularly follow-up with customers on recommendations, updates, and action plans
• Collaborate with peers, mentors, knowledge base authors, community forum leaders, and other internal resources to provide effective solutions
• Use technical background and experience to help facilitate onboarding and knowledge transfer of new team members
• Communicate regularly with customers about their planned environment changes or updates as they relate to JumpCloud and potential use-cases
• Work hands-on in customer environments to execute migration or configuration tasks
