Job Description
JumpCrew is seeking an Account Executive to identify high-potential growth companies and build strong relationships. The role focuses on pipeline development, understanding customer needs, and demonstrating value through solutions. The ideal candidate is proactive, well-organized, and motivated to exceed sales targets.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of new business development experience, selling SaaS products and/or digital advertising.
- Formal sales training (e.g. The Challenger Sale) and clear demonstration of sales capabilities.
- Experience educating customers on industry trends.
- Proven experience using Salesforce, HubSpot or equivalent CRM.
- Strong time management and organization skills.
- Effective, influential communication skills.
- Perseverance with strong written and verbal communication.
