Jung von Matt AG is looking for a Manager People & Culture to support the full employee lifecycle, develop People & Culture processes, and contribute to the development and strengthening of the JvM culture.

Requirements

• Solid expertise in human resources management, labor law and HR processes
• High level of trustworthiness and discretion
• Excellent communication, facilitation and moderation skills
• Structured, analytical and solution-oriented way of working
• Confident handling of HR tools, reporting and administrative processes
• High level of empathy, conflict resolution skills and integrity
