Job Description
Jusbrasil is seeking a CRM Senior Analyst to join its team, who will be responsible for designing, operating, and measuring the customer journey, and ensuring that the right message reaches the right moment through the most efficient channels. The role requires advanced expertise in high-level orchestration tools, data analysis, and CRM operations.
Requirements
- Consolidated experience in CRM, preferably in high-growth companies (Scale-ups) or subscription products.
- Advanced expertise in high-level orchestration tools (Ex: Braze, Insider, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Customer.io).
- Advanced data analysis capabilities (Excel/Sheets is mandatory; SQL or BI tools like Looker/Tableau are significant differentials).
- Proven experience in retention, reactivation, and LTV metrics.
- Ability to identify bottlenecks in the journey and propose end-to-end solutions without constant supervision.
- Pleasure in getting hands-on, from configuring segmentation to launching campaigns.
- LegalTech experience: Knowledge of the legal market's pains and personas.
- Reorganization experience: Having participated in CRM tool migration processes or database reorganization.
- Technical Knowledge: HTML/CSS knowledge for email marketing and API logic for integrations.
